LARCHMONT / BEACHWOOD DR / SECOND STORY ADDITION AND REMODEL

This 1920s Larchmont area home was not only a complete remodel, but we also added a second story. A primary suite was created on the second floor with bathroom, closet and balcony to provide a place of relaxation.

During this remodel and addition, we maintained period details like windows and the fireplace while redoing the rest of the interior. The second story was also designed to maintain the appearance of the original front exterior of the home.

The architect on this project was Arterbury Cooke.
