BASED IN ALTADENA, WE ARE A FULL SERVICE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OFFERING NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION, ADDITIONS, ADUS, & REMODELS
For the past 15 years, we have worked with architects and engineers to construct new buildings, additions, ADUS and remodels. We are knowledgeable about all building styles, so whether you live in a 1890s victorian, a 1920s bungalow, a 1930s Monterey revival, a 1940s traditional, a 1950s ranch, a 1960s post and beam, or you want something brand new and contemporary - we will get the details right (see our WORK).
As part of the Altadena community, we are turning our focus to working with homeowners to rebuild their lives, homes, neighborhoods and communities we all love, which brought us all here. We believe Altadena is not for sale and will work with you to prove that true.
Visit the WORK section to view some of our projects and contact us to discuss plans for your new home or if you need advice about the construction process. The task may seem daunting but we have the knowledge and expertise to help you.

MORE ABOUT US:
Our company is led by Alexander Symcox, a Los Angeles Native, now located in “The Meadows” of Altadena. With over fifteen years’ experience working on a wide variety of homes and buildings throughout Los Angeles, in all types of geography and landscapes, we have provided a wide range of construction services: new construction, remodels, additions and ADU’s.
We help our clients navigate through the confusing and daunting construction process from design, permitting to building. And while we are in somewhat uncharted territory given the devastation to Altadena, we are confident that our experience and our love for this community will uniquely position us to guide our clients through a successful rebuilding process.
We hope that as we rebuild Altadena we are able to preserve the character and feel of the neighborhood and to create structures that are more energy efficient and fire resistant.
