SHAKE SIDING

The old wood shakes on this Hollywood Hills ranch house were beyond repair. Rather than paint rotten siding we stripped it all off. This allowed us to insulate the walls and strengthen the building with plywood sheeting prior to residing. We achieved the original look with modern cement shake siding while simultaneously eliminating the rot potential and fire hazard presented by the original wood material.
